AMAZING CUSCO TOUR – 10KFrom: €47.85
Cusco, a city in the Peruvian Andes, was once capital of the Inca Empire, and is now known for its archaeological remains and Spanish colonial architecture. Plaza de Armas is the central square in the old city, with arcades, carved wooden balconies and Incan wall ruins. The baroque Santo Domingo Convent was built on top of the Incan Temple of the Sun (Qoricancha), and has archaeological remains of Inca stonework.
I had a fantastic run with Domingo! He is very energetic and knowledgeable of the routes around Cusco. His information was what I was looking for when exploring a city on foot. He can go as fast or slow as you want and you will never make you feel rushed. He took me around old Incan ruins and through the main city center explaining about the churches also. He also supplied water and a snack so that I had extra energy and didn’t have to carry anything. I 100% recommend taking this running tour if you want to have a personal experience versus taking the typical massive tour groups around town.
