This tour, crossing 21 bridges, will lead you trough the maze of Amsterdam’s streets showing you the most important sites of this astonishing town.
From Dam Square, the very place where Amsterdam was born in the 13th century, we cross the notorious Red Light District with its medieval monuments. Our tour winds through the narrow streets of the old town, along the scenic river Amstel and the Unesco World Heritage canal belt.
We are mixing this with some modern Amsterdam, discover hidden pearls, scenic views, share historical knowledge and insight into local life. Our guide makes sure you don’t miss the most photogenic spots, leaving you with lasting memories. It is a fun tour at your own pace and with time to stop whenever you wish. If the normal ‘Amsterdam Must See – 11km’ tour is too long for you this is a great alternative to experience the highlights of Amsterdam in a compact tour.

We had a fantastic morning run with David and did the 7 km tour. Amsterdam on a Saturday at 7AM was a great way to experience the city. David guided us through a very quiet and tranquil city, gave interesting information during our tour in a good pace. We highly recommend this tour. Thank you David!

It wasn`t our first visit to Amsterdam, so we enjoyed even more this very special and sporty view on this lovely city (which can only be taken by a sightrun!!).Luckily we ran early in the morning as it was quite a hot day, so we were able to run through empty streets almost without any people. David told us many new information an took us to great hidden places (we proudly presented them later that day to our non-sporty friends).We hope to join another (maybe longer run) for our hopefully next soon trip to Amsterdam.

We had a great run with David. Got to see the best of Amsterdam before breakfast and had an amazing start of the day. David provided us with stories and facts and we really enjoyed the guided run. We highly recommend David and gorunningtours (our 3rd run with them, all great).

I truly had a wonderful time on my 7km tour of Amsterdam with David! I consider myself a “back of the pack” runner, and I run/walk with 30 second intervals. David was so kind, patient, and more than happy to meet me at my pace. We enjoyed great conversation along the way and in just a short amount of time, we explored so much of Amsterdam and I learned so much! This tour was truly a highlight of my visit to Amsterdam and with getting a nice run in, beautiful views, and great conversation, I couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend!
