Accommodation
Yurts for 2 to 5 people, supplement available for yurts sleeping two. People can bring their own tents for a small supplement or book nearby B&B accommodation (must contact us)

What to bring?
Recommended kit list:
- Suncream (it’s summer after all!)
- Bring suitably grippy off-road shoes (they don’t have to be fell shoes).
- A rain/windproof top and a small backpack (no bigger than 25 liters).
- Leggings/waterproof bottoms if you want to, although this is optional.
- Your own preference for snacks and a water container/camel bag (I will bring spare water and nutritious energy snacks, as well as energy gels and electrolytes, although everyone has their own preferences).
- Please bring your own bed linen and bedding or the center charge £12 to provide, prepare and wash. Let us know what you decide.
- We will provide yoga mats but if you prefer to bring your own, please do. Let us know what you decide.
- NB: If you have a compass, please do bring it. You won’t need a map as I will bring spares. All runs will include laminated maps of the routes.
ITINERARY
Friday
Lifts available from Totnes upon request (for a £15 supplement), or we will give you directions to the camp, which is accessible from the A38 near Plymouth. We aim to do an ice breaker limb loosening run of between 4 and 5 miles at 5.30pm for people who are able to arrive by then. There will be a yoga session before dinner for people who do not make the run.
7.30pm: Evening meal cooked by the amazing Kitchen Table. Take the rest of the time to relax and bed in. Running Library: We have a great selection of books, magazines, and videos, which will probably have you squeezing in late-night reading sessions.
Saturday
7:00am to 8:00am: Morning yoga class with Zoe to energize, strengthen and stretch
8:30am: Breakfast (Help yourself to our fully catered spread)
10:00am: 4 to 8 mile run depending on ability, experience, and preference. Shower and change before lunch.
12:30pm: Lunch provided by The Kitchen Table. Chance to read, relax, or go for a walk on the lovely coast path or visit nearby Gara Rocks for a coffee or tea or the sandy beach at Mill Bay.
3:00pm to 4:00pm: Afternoon yoga session with Zoe. Yoga therapy to restore and balance body and mind. Or afternoon run of 4 to 6 miles on the moor.
6:00pm: dinner
7:00pm onwards: chance to relax, read, and plan tomorrow’s run. Ceri will offer a navigation workshop and route planning guidance to those who want it.
9:00pm: 30-minute yoga class with Zoe including running specific poses.
Sunday
7:00am to 8:00am: Yoga class with Zoe
8:30am: Breakfast
10:00am: 4 to 8 mile run depending on ability, experience, and preference. Shower and change before lunch.
2:00pm: Lunch at High Nature
4:00: Chance to read, relax, go for a walk in the large gardens or another yoga session with Zoe, and/or run with your guides.
7.00pm: dinner at Gara Rock Restaurant
9:30pm: 30-minute yoga class with Zoe including running specific poses.
Monday
7am to 8am: Yoga with Zoe or run with your guides
8am to 9am: Breakfast. Time to depart. We can offer lifts to the station upon request.
