On this tour you will run through the heart of Mexico City. As you run through the main downtown streets you will discover a combination of our most ancient history, the architecture from the XVI to XIX century as well as 21st century State of the Art buildings.
We will also experience the historical side of the city. The Constitution square or “Zócalo”, as it is usually called, is surrounded by colonial architecture like “La Catedral Metropolitana” (Metropolitan Cathedral), Mexico’s Presidential offices, the “Palacio Nacional” and the “Templo Mayor”, the main building of the old “Tenochtitlan”, the Aztec City.
Also the “La Alameda”, a park where the aristocratic society of the 19th century used to walk and hangout during the weekends, is an area you will discover on this tour.
