This escape is suitable for any reasonably fit person who is up for a challenge.

Yes, you can walk, bike or kayak or just chill. We can sort this upon request.

Everyone will get their own room and shower/bathroom but if couples want to share they can share a double.

What to bring?
Once you are booked on, we will send you over a full kit list, but the important things to note is that you will need trail running shoes and a wetsuit that you can swim in together with goggles and a swim cap (optional). Your own yoga mat is optional and perhaps a good book.
ITINERARY
Each day you will run at least 10k on the rugged coast paths, whilst drinking in the sea air and being rewarded by jaw dropping coastal views. From punchy hill climbs to leisurely flats – routes and distances will vary depending on ability, but the vistas will remain a constant treat for your eyes and soul.
You will undertake three guided runs during your escape, these are sample itineraries.
Run 1:
Approximately 10k leg loosener around the historic Dartington Estate along the banks of the River Dart.
Run 2:
A 13mile run to Dartmouth via the John Musgrave Heritage Trail with your guide. The route takes you through ancient Holloways, farmer’s fields, green lanes, and over Sir Walter Raleigh’s family estate, beyond the beacon, which is still lit to mark significant naval occasions. You will finish at Dartmouth Castle (with an optional dip at the castle steps) and we will catch the steam ferry back to Totnes. You can choose your distance 7 miles to Dittisham or 13 miles to Dartmouth. Someone will be at Dittisham to collect you.
Run 3:
Coastal run following the South West Coast Path from Gara Rock to Tor Cross. This is a stunning route, which involves rugged coastline cliffs, single trails, hidden bays, fishermen’s shacks, and oh alright then, Kate Bush’s House (lucky lass). Choose to run all the way: 13 miles to Tor Cross or to Start Point (10 miles) and we will pick you up at the end
