Description
Get ready for the “Must See Tour” of Milan. This running tours introduces you to the parks where the local Milanese people go to relax and switch off and also you will see the fashion district with Via Montenapoleone and its luxury boutiques. But Milan’s creative and art scene is more than fashion and perhaps more known is “Teatro alla Scala”which still today is regarded as one of the world’s leading opera and ballet theatres in the world.
You will find yourself doing the lucky ritual of stepping on “the bull’s ball” in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele before arriving in Piazza del Duomo where you find the impressive cathedral, that is the very heart of Milan.
From here the tour proceeds to Castello Sforzesco, the biggest Italian castle, that is also a treasure from an art perspective with for example Leonardo Da Vinci frescoing several rooms.
Close to the castle, runners will discover the artistic district of Brera with its narrow streets and delicious restaurants. On this tour you will have the chance to learn the history of Milan and you will understand how it has become the addictive city that it is today.

I was a little nervous, as I’m not a fast runner. But before we had started, Andrea put me at ease. The tour was excellent. It was well paced, interesting and informative, but mostly great fun. We found places we hadn’t seen previously, which we then returned to in the following days. Andrea was an excellent guide and I would highly recommend this tour, whether you have been to Milan previously, or it’s your first visit. You will not be disappointed.
