Hey, what’s up hello! My name is Chris and I’ll be your tour guide today! We will be checking out all the sights that NYC has to offer together, all the while getting a great run in and feeling accomplished for the day! I have been a part of the New York City area for most of my life, while a native to New Jersey, I have traveled into the city for shows, vacation days, work, and so much more all my life. Getting off the bus and taking those first steps onto the pavement in the city never sleeps, there was always something that pulled you right in, and made you never want to go back home. Luckily, I have been living in or around the city for close to 10 years now!

During my time here from going to college and working all around Manhattan, I have been an avid athlete in the world of athletics. I competed competitively in college in track and field, and I have been coaching collegiately the past 3+ years. What’s the best thing about training in the city, is that there are always new areas or sights to explore! These runs have always led to some new the challenges and excitement of training in the city! I’ve been an active runner myself the past couple of years, training for various races from 5K’s to a marathon, and there is no better place to explore with a great guide, some history, and some of the most famous landmarks in the world than New York City!
