Hello! I’m Patrick, your guide for an unforgettable running adventure through the vibrant streets and hidden gems of Kuala Lumpur. I have been living in Southeast Asia for the past 20 years, and have relocated about a year ago to the beautiful and bustling metropolis of Kuala Lumpur!
I am passionate about everything outdoors. I love exploring the region by running, hiking, cycling, etc… I firmly believe that the best way to take on the sights and sounds of a place is by venturing outside the comfort zone, and exploring on foot at your own pace!
