What our Customers are Saying:

The first written record of Zagreb dates from 1094, when the city was founded, around which the city centre was later established. In the second half of the nineteenth century, during the construction of neo-Renaissance and neoclassical parks and gardens, public buildings and private palaces, the so-called Green Horseshoe, Zagreb had the most significant urban planning in the history of Croatian architecture.

Turning to socialism, just after the Second World War, emphasis was placed on new developments in urban planning based on the model of Le Corbusier and socialist realism.

Today Zagreb has become a fast growing city with imaginative events all year round, such as Advent in Zagreb, festivals such as Cest is d’Best and Summer on Stross etc.

The city is protected from the cold northern winds by the mountain of Medvednica, a protected Nature Park, which with its numerous trails and an unforgettable view of the city is a real oasis for nature lovers.
