Welcome to Madrid! I'm Philip. Originally from Ireland, I've called many places home down the years. But Madrid is really where I hang my hat, and there's just nowhere better!
Running has always been my go-to sport, and running while travelling my favourite pastime. Madrid is the perfect city to run in, and you'll be in heaven at every turn, nicely compact with tons of history, beautiful buildings, medieval streets and plenty of pedestrian areas free from cars yet full of sights. It also has just enough curves and hills to keep it interesting and incredible parks to breathe in that fresh mountain air as we take in the city. It's also a mild dry climate, so any time of the year is great fun for a run in Madrid. So join me, and I'll show you my favourite city and all it offers.
