Hello! My name is Stephanie and I was born in Brazil.

During my childhood, I lived almost in Brazil but when I was 5 years old my family and I, moved to Japan and lived there for a few years. My first contact with running was at a Japanese school and I remember that I was really happy during the school competitions!

Now, I’ve been living in Milan since 2006, where I attended high school and university. I started running 5km/10km thanks to my mom. She introduced me to this amazing world where I can challenge myself every day and keep doing something good for both body and mind!

This year I started training to race my first half marathon and also my first marathon :) The amazing thing about running in Milan is that you can do a super easy run, a fast run, and also interval training in places really near the city centre! There is a big park where you can go to do a relaxing run during the busy time but the really amazing thing is to go for a morning run before the city awakes!
