Hello! My name is Erica.
I’ve been running since the 8th grade when I was “discovered” during the Presidential Physical Fitness Test. After college, I started doing road races to get back in shape. Since then, I’ve run over 400 races including over 50 marathons and 1 ultramarathon. In addition to running, I love to travel, read and try new things. I work in Health Care IT, but also write a blog sharing my health and fitness finds.
I moved to Chicago from the East Coast in 2006. I love the Chicago running community and the endless parks and trails here. There is an awesome mix of natural and urban landscapes. I can’t wait to show you around on foot and to share my local finds so you can enjoy your visit!
