Lincoln Park is nearly 1200 acres and it lies along the lakefront from Ohio Street Beach in the Streeterville neighborhood, northward to Ardmore Avenue in Edgewater. This Chicago Lincoln Park History tour focuses on the original lands of the park from North Ave to Diversey Harbor.

We’ll start with park history including the Standing Lincoln monument and Grant monument and then will head north to Albert Caldwell Lily Pond, the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum nature trail, and the North Pond.

Then we’ll loop back past the Lincoln Park Conservatory, Formal Gardens, and the Lincoln Park Zoo. The last stop is the Nature Boardwalk where photo ops abound!
