PARIS ART IN MONTMARTRE TOUR – 10K

The tour starts near the Saint-Lazarre metro station, then goes into the Pigalle neighborhood, where famous cabarets including the Moulin Rouge have played for over a hundred years.

Starting the climb into Montmartre, we will stop by the “I love you” wall, a world-renowned art piece where the title is written in 250 languages!

We will see one other impressive art piece before arriving at Tertre Square, a beautiful plaza where local artists often set up stalls to show their work; several historic artists including Picasso, van Gogh and Modigliani used to live there.

A few blocks away is the Sacré-Cœur Cathedral, where you will get a stunning 180-degree view over all of Paris. The highest point in the city, you will be sure to get great photos in front of this iconic white stone cathedral.

Descending from Montmartre, we will reach the Saint-Martin Canal, then run along its banks and see why locals love this spot to picnic, get a drink, or simply take a walk overlooking the water’s reflections of the surrounding trees and beautiful Parisian buildings.

We will also take a stop at Place de la République, a meeting ground for many Parisian protests with a surprising origin story.

Along the Boulevard Haussmann, you will get to see some of the most iconically Parisian areas of Paris, with countless boutique stores, buildings with ornate stone façades, wide and very runner-friendly sidewalks.

Pick-up service from your hotel/apartment or another meeting point is possible and will be checked by the tour provider individually. If your hotel/apartment should be too far away from the city centre or not close to the tour route, then we will meet you at our standard meeting point.
