Beyond my personal training, I'm deeply embedded in Orlando's running, cycling, and triathlon communities. Running is in my DNA!
I have lived and run in the Orlando area for over 50 years. My passion for running has literally become my life. I competed in High School and College, I met my wife Betsy through running and together we started what is now one of the oldest and largest running stores in the US . We also created an Event Management Company which produces many local events as well as the runDisney events. Having also completed several of the major marathons around the world, including the prestigious Boston Marathon multiple times. I have travelled throughout the world because of running!
Many of the running routes through Central Florida were created with my friends and colleagues. I look forward to showing you everything that Central Florida has to offer in running and beyond!
