Years ago I packed my Jeep with almost everything I own and drove from Miami, FL out west in search of more outdoor adventures in the mountains. During my stop in Salt Lake City I was drawn to the way of life here and I just haven’t left.
In the winter you can find me Skiing/Snowboarding at one of 10 area resorts or getting some uphill laps in the Wasatch. In the summer I’m out trail running chasing local peaks or on my road bike cycling up one of our beautiful canyons. As an ultramarathoner I’ve completed 100 KM races and have my eyes set on getting to the 100 Mile distance.
When I’m not out exploring the mountains I’m working as a change management consultant and coaching other runners. I also enjoy concerts at our great local venues and country line dancing.
I hope you’ll let me be the person that shows you the real reason I stay in Salt Lake City (hint: no it’s not the 2034 Olympics).
