I am Lars, living, working and running in Stockholm for more than 30 years. I started running some 45 years ago and have not stopped. My passion is trail running and ultra marathons, and there are good opportunities with lots of nature both inside the city and immediately outside the city limits.
Apart from my day time job as an engineer working with information systems I coach a group of kids in athletics in the local sports club, and also a group of adult runners. I like to ride my bike to work or take a MTB ride in the forest.
I enjoy traveling and meeting people from all over the world, and I always want to run when I visit a new place. Now I like to meet you in Stockholm and show my beautiful city on one of my running tours!
