Dubai Marathon

The Dubai Marathon, held annually in Dubai, UAE, is sanctioned by the Dubai Sports Council and is a globally popular race. Its flat, fast course attracts both elite runners and recreational runners aiming for personal bests. Typically held in January, it draws participants from around the world. In addition to the marathon, the event includes a 10K race, a 4K fun run, and several family-friendly activities at the event village. The marathon starts and finishes on Umm Suqeim Road, near the iconic Burj Al Arab.
DCS Half Marathon

In the early 1990s, a group of enthusiastic runners met every Friday at the Dubai World Trade Centre for runs around Dubai Creek. Under the guidance of Malcolm ‘Murph’ Murphy, they established the Dubai Creek Striders running club in 1995, now boasting over 500 members.
The first Dubai Creek Striders Half Marathon was held in 2002, attracting 150 runners, and has since grown to over 2,000 participants annually. The race features a scenic route around Dubai Creek, starting and finishing at the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club. Additionally, the event now includes a 10K race, following the same picturesque route.
Burj to Burj Half Marathon

The Burj to Burj Half Marathon is a thrilling race in Dubai, offering a unique route designed by runners for runners, with world record potential. Starting at the Burj Khalifa and ending at the Burj Al Arab, this iconic run takes you through Dubai’s stunning cityscape, passing by famous landmarks. Enjoy live music and cheering crowds as you race, aiming for your personal best. The event runs from February 7th to 9th, with celebrations at Finishers Park, featuring food, drinks, and entertainment.
