HAMBURG JUST RUN – 15K

Discover Hamburg on a scenic 15 km running tour that takes you through the historic city center, along the waterfront, and into the vibrant district of Altona. This extended route combines urban energy, maritime atmosphere, and beautiful views of the River Elbe, offering a great way to experience Hamburg on the run.

Starting near the impressive Hamburg Rathaus, the route leads through the historic center, passing St. Nikolai before entering the famous Speicherstadt. With its red-brick warehouses, canals, and bridges, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a unique setting for running.

From there, the route follows the waterfront past the iconic Elbphilharmonie, Baumwall, and the lively Landungsbrücken. Enjoy the fresh breeze from the Elbe, passing ships, and panoramic harbor views as the city reveals its maritime character.

Continuing through St. Pauli, runners experience one of Hamburg’s most colorful neighborhoods, known for its music, nightlife, and legendary Reeperbahn. The route also passes the impressive Bismarck monument and the historic St. Pauli Bunker, now famous for its rooftop garden.

The extended section takes runners further west into Altona, where Hamburg shows a different side of itself. Enjoy a mix of lively streets, charming neighborhoods, and scenic waterfront surroundings, with beautiful views across the Elbe and its busy port.

The final kilometers bring runners back toward the city center, passing Johannes-Brahms-Platz and the elegant Laeiszhalle.

Pick-up service from your hotel/apartment or another meeting point is possible and will be checked by the tour provider individually. If your hotel/apartment should be too far away from the city centre or not close to the tour route, then we will meet you at our standard meeting point.
