Let's start and end in our main square, where we celebrate New Year's Eve and the popular S João, or football victories! In the middle we will cross the old city, we will run along the river and see where the city was born.

Pronto, firme, vá!
Leaving the City Hall, we’ll run to the old town to catch the first views of Porto and Gaia (the other side of the Douro River).
Crossing the historic center, we will soon reach the Douro River to enjoy it, enjoy some street art, and then to the heart of the city, Ribeira, where the city was born and where the D. Luis iron bridge, designed by Gustav Eifel. Well, it’s time to head back, and the only way to do that is up stairs… come on!
At the top of the stairs we find the Cathedral and the narrow streets that lead us to the beautiful São Bento Railway Station whose walls are covered with traditional tiles.
We still have time to cross the Center and its shops already open and the streets full of people, we are almost at the end of our tour. And that’s it! Back to the starting point, the City Hall.
It’s time to recharge with a well-deserved breakfast and discover the rest of the city!
