San Antonio River meanders south of the city and is followed along by a concrete trail that has scenic views of native plants and wildlife that flourish all along the river bend. This route runs towards a little gem where you can see the San Antonio Hot Wells, a place where Native Americans and cavaliers enjoyed the hot springs for their medicinal benefits. We will enjoy a brisk run around the Hot Well Hotel ruins and the Camp Hot Well resort.
The river run will allow you to appreciate Texas river landscapes and provide a snapshot of artwork and history throughout the trail.
