Runner on the ground - ELISABETH NIEDEREDER

10 years of running

Give your corporate event an active twist, by involving attendees in a running tour throughout the beautiful city of Vienna!

Vienna is located in the heart of Europe, the city where east meets west, a cultural melting point. It gets repetitively named the city with the highest quality of living and is also a well known businnes hub, where lots of international conferences get hosted each year. On this tour you will see a different side of Vienna, more than “just the business”.

A running tour gives your guests, colleagues and delegates a chance to exercise and see Vienna in an active, healthy and sustainable way. More than that: It is also a perfect networking and teambuilding opportunity. We normally run the tours in the morning, as we start directly from the hotel lobby and return with plenty of time for runners to freshen up and eat before their busy day of talks and workshops.

And the old imperial city itself? It shines with architectual masterpieces like the Parliament, the State Opera and Town Hall along the majestic Ring Road. In the centre you can run past the majestic St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Hofburg and the well known old Viennese coffeehouses. Alongside the Danube Canal runners will feel Vienna’s urban vibe where street art, clubs and beach bars portray the modern life of the capital.

But there is also a different side of the city, green and modern: The famous Prater, Vienna’s running hot spot where you can have a glance at the Giant Ferris Wheel. The super modern office spaces and the University of Economics and Business in the second district. And of course Danube Island with the Vienna International Center sitting right next to it.
