I’m an engineer by profession, but life has shaped me into much more than that. I’m a divorced father of three incredible kids—two daughters and a son—who are the heart of everything I do. Over the years, I’ve lived in several countries, each one leaving its mark on me. These experiences have taught me to adapt, to listen, and to appreciate the beauty in different ways of life.
Cooking is one of my greatest joys. There’s something deeply grounding about preparing a meal, especially when it’s for the people I love. It’s my way of expressing care, creativity, and sometimes even nostalgia. On the other hand, sports—especially running—keep me balanced. Running is my therapy. It clears my mind, helps me process life, and gives me space to breathe.
Now I live in Reykjavík, a city that has quietly captured my admiration. It’s not just the landscapes or the clean air—it’s the rhythm of life here, the calm, the sense of space. I find peace in its simplicity and inspiration in its resilience.
My journey hasn’t been linear, and it certainly hasn’t been perfect. But it’s been real, full of movement, flavor, and growth. I’m still learning, still running—toward new adventures, deeper connections, and maybe a few more great recipes.
