NEW YORK'S MAFIA, MONEYMAKERS AND MARINERS - 10K
Runner on the ground - EMILY
Into both history and running? Then this tour is for you! You’ll learn about the oldest areas of NYC and its early beginnings as a port city. We’ll see one of NYC’s most famous landmarks, the Brooklyn Bridge, before making our way to Wall Street, where we’ll see the New York City Stock Exchange and the Charging Bull Statue. From there, we’ll enjoy views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island while running to the World Trade Center. We’ll continue up the Hudson River Waterfront to Soho, Little Italy, and the Five Points (as seen in Gangs of New York) while learning about the history the of the mafia and organized crime in NYC.
I love learning about my city’s history and the many changes NYC has undergone since its founding. I can’t wait to share the many sides of New York, both past and present, and what it’s like to live here today.

Emily came to pick me up at my hotel and we ran out to see multiple historic sites – including Mullberry Street, Folsom Market, Wall Street, WTC memorial and had a beautiful end to the run along the esplanade along West drive. It was a great way to get out and get my workout in, see areas I hadn’t seen before and some beautiful views! Highly recommend
