MEXICO CITY RUNNING RACES IN 2024

Mexico City sits at an altitude of 2,250 meters above sea level. At this altitude, you might think that it will need some extra effort to run. And it’s true to some extent. But despite the altitude, which most people can handle reasonably well, you have a vibrant and exciting city to run in.

Mexico City regularly hosts several running races and activities throughout the year, like Go! Running Mexico City tours. Running with us allows you to catch sunrises in the main square in Downtown, discover 19th-century Art Deco and Art Nouveau style architecture and relax in big city parks. You can even smell just made tortillas and tamales in your morning run.

Besides, Mexico City has pleasant weather, with temperatures between 13 and 26 degrees Celcius. Even on rainy days, you’ll be in comfort.

The COVID-19 pandemic restricted many races and sports events. But with the vaccines, Mexico City is taking all the precautions for you to enjoy running again.
